At the 2019 festival, quizmeister Andrew Harrison (former editor of Q and Word Magazine and host of the Bunker and Remaniacs podcasts) ran a literary quiz that was so insanely difficult that it over-ran by an hour and our venue managers refused to close it down as they thought they were in with a chance of winning (they didn’t). He’s promised to make it a wee bit easier but whatever happens, you’ll learn more than you knew when you walked in. Advice: cast your net far and wide for some ringers. Hugely entertaining. If you win, people will talk about you in hushed tones for years.
