Mo Wilde made a pledge to only live off free, foraged food for a year. She talks about how following the seasons can help us all find nutritious food and, in the process, find that in a world disconnected from its roots, how eating wild food is both culinary and healing, social and political. Ultimately, it is an act of love and community.
