Sabrina Ghayour is a chef, food writer and cookery teacher. She is one of the strongest voices in Middle Eastern food today. She is the author of bestselling cookbook Persiana – Recipes from the Middle East and Beyond and the just-released Sirocco. She is a self-taught cook who got her start with the hugely popular ‘Sabrina’s Kitchen’ supper club in London and was named one of the ‘Rising Stars of 2014’ by The Observer newspaper. She appears regularly BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen, BBC2’s Great British Menu and Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch. Her work has appeared in The Times, The Sunday Times, The Guardian, The Telegraph, Delicious magazine and BBC Good Food magazine.
